Caritas Switzerland obtain voluntarily, who supports mountain farmer families in the alpine region of switzerland. This year I spend two weeks of my vacations to help a farmer familie on the Berneroberland of the swiss alps. It is the second time I help families on my vacation. For me is it a good way to get out of my bussy working live to get new power in my mind. The place I'll go is about 1400 meter over sea and a beautifully area to be. All around the skyline of the swiss alps and the fresh air.

Last summer, I went diving to the beautyfull Maldives on the White Sands Resort in the Aari-Atoll. For me probably the most beautifull pleace on earth. 32° Celcius every day. During the summer season maybe some time rain but not last year. It was perfect for relaxing, diving, swimming and good dining.

The resort has its own Wellness oasis and I took a relaxing massage there. Lying on the bed and enjoying the massage and listening to similar music like I put into this podcast. It was really a dream watching out into the lagune. At this time, my mind was one with the island and my dreams. Hope you may enjoy as much as I do right now, to think at it to be at that pleace again and slow down everything inside you, to get the power back you need for your bussy working live.
